FAQ's

If your question is not answered below please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Do you have a minimum print run?

+

Our minimum print run is 20 garments. All garments in one print run must be printed with the same design in the same ink colour. Tote bags and t-shirts can not be printed in the same print run.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

+

Turnaround time is usually around 7-10 working days from when your artwork has been approved and payment has been received. If you have a short deadline please let us know and we we can work to a tighter schedule but we do charge extra for rush jobs.

How much does printing cost?

+

We price each job individually. For a quote please head over to our quote page or you can e-mail us with the details of the job and we will get back to you with a quote usually within 24 hours.

To provide you with an accurate quote we will need the following information:
~ Number of garments to be printed.
~ Print ready artwork (or a rough idea of the number of colours in the design, if the final version isn’t ready)
~ Style, colour and size of garments required.
~ Number of print locations (chest, back, inside neck etc.)

Do you print samples?

+

We don't print samples. Setting up a job on a screen-printing press takes a while, so printing samples is not viable. We will send you a proof of your design before printing, this will specify print colours, size and location on the garment.

When do I pay for my order?

+

We require full payment in advance on all orders, we prefer payment by BACS. Lead time begins from receipt of payment.

How will my order be delivered?

+

We use APC or Parcelforce for most UK deliveries. Goods will need to be signed for on delivery. Delivery cost will depend on the size of you'r order, we will include postage costs in our quote.

Do you have more garments than the ones shown on your website?

+

Yes, we can source a wide variety of garments, contact us if you are looking for a specific item or brand and we can send you our full catalog.

Can I supply my own garments?

+

Yes, but please check with us first to make sure the garments are suitable for us to screen-print. We will take great care when printing your garments but we are not responsible for replacing or refunding any misprinted or damaged garments.

If the garments are individually bagged these will need to be unpacked before delivery.

We charge a handling charge per garment of £0.50 for t-shirt, and £1.00 for hoodies and sweatshirts.

Can I see a sample of the blank garment before ordering?

+

Yes, we can order in a sample for you. We do charge for samples and they are non-refundable, but you can return them to us to be included in your print run.

Can you print individual names or numbers on each garment?

+

No, we don't offer this service. Vinyl transfers or DTG would be the best option for individual names.

In which format do you need the artwork?

+

We prefer vector files (ai, pdf or eps) but can also accept raster images as high-res jpg's or tiff's. All raster images must be set to print size and be a minimum of 300dpi. All fonts in your artwork must be converted to outlines. If you need any help with the artwork let us know.

How do I send you the artwork?

+

If your file is small please e-mail us the file directly at info@perisandcorr.com. If the file is over 10MB please send your artwork using www.wesendit.com

Why have i not received my full order?

+

Sometimes garments may have a manufacturing defect that we might not notice until we start printing your job. Misprints can also happen when screen-printing, if there are garments missing from your order we will arrange a refund.

How long do you keep the screens for?

+

We keep your artwork on the screens for three months. Screens are £22.50 each (+VAT), for reprints of the same design outside of the three months we charge £15 (+VAT).

Why do you charge more for some inks?

+

Neon and metallic inks are more expensive than standard inks. We charge 30% more for printing with these inks.
